iSTAR SketchUp (IMAGE) University of Utah Caption The University of Utah has teamed with Google to teach kids with autism how to use Google's 3-D modeling software called SketchUp. A new study from the university shows that in developing the workshops designed to teach needed job skills, Utah researchers found extra benefits, such as stronger interpersonal relationships and greater confidence due, in large part, to a focus on the kids' talents instead of their disorder. Here, certified SketchUp instructor Steve Gross teaches two children how to use the software.
