Mapping Desired Matter in Brain

As new types of MR data become available, they can be mapped into Waxholm Space (WHS). Shown in the first panel is an image from WHS. The second panel shows an image from a more recent acquisition that highlights white matter. The color image (3rd panel) shows a diffusion tensor image in which the color helps define the direction of the white matter tracts.
