(a) Anteroposterior and (b) lateral radiographs of the left knee of case 2 demonstrate cemented revision Stryker Triathlon TS total knee arthroplasty in good alignment and no evidence of fracture, subsidence, loosening, osteolysis, or fracture about the array pin sites. Vascular calcifications are seen with the appearance of some heterotopic bone formation in the quadriceps tendon on the lateral view.
