北京谱仪III实验上研究的四种基态粲强子，内部夸克成分均包含一个粲夸克和一个或两个轻夸克。它们的衰变总是通过其中包含的粲夸克弱衰变进行，对它们衰变性质的研究可以对粒子物理标准模型进行高精度检验。
