Relationship between cooling technology and heat flux

This figure demonstrates the immersion cooling performance when using water as boiling refrigerant. The cooling performance is 50 times or more higher than that of the conventional water flow cooling without boiling, and exceeds the heat flux that is 2 times higher than that of the conventional flow boiling of water.
