世界で最初に市販されたデングウイルスワクチン（Dengvaxia）を研究している科学者が行った解析により、世界規模でDengvaxiaをどのように配備すべきかをより深く理解する必要があることが明らかになった。おそらく悪影響を受けるリスクが最も高い人を識別するための診断ツールが併用されると思われる。
