At left, fluorescence imaging shows six different pancreatic tumors, treated with PBS (a sham treatment), gemcitabine, DM1 conjugated to a non-targeting antibody (IgG), and DM1 conjugated to the targeting ICAM1 antibody. Tumor diameters are quantified at right.
