A Greenland shark caught as bycatch from research vessel Pâmiut in southwest Greenland. This material relates to a paper that appeared in the 12 August 2016, issue of <i>Science</i>, published by AAAS. The paper, by J. Nielsen at University of Copenhagen in Helsingør, Denmark, and colleagues was titled, "Eye lens radiocarbon reveals centuries of longevity in the Greenland shark (<i>Somniosus microcephalus</i>)."
