2 Views of Koppu's Winds Near the Philippines

On Oct. 17 (left) RapidScat showed strongest sustained winds around the eye at 40 meters per second (89.4 mph). On Oct. 18, winds on the western quadrant over the South China Sea were near 34 meters per second (76 mph).
