Supernova Abell 399 (IMAGE)
Caption
Abell 399, one of four apparently hostless supernovae discovered by the Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope (left, 2009), may be part of a small galaxy or globular cluster visible on the 2013 HST image (circle in right image).
