(a) Schematic image showing inorganic adhesion method. The activated carbon on which are composed three layers of metals (Ti, Ni, Ag) is bound to the extreme low temperature panel using indium. By lining up the pellet-type activated carbon that follows the diameter of the grooves in the extreme low temperature panels (b), we are planning to increase the area of activated carbon cooling area and to increase the volume of activated carbon. (c) A photograph of a fault in the surface of activated carbon. In the asperity of activated carbon we can see a layer of metal.
