A 36-year-old man with infective endocarditis associated with IV-SUDs. On the coronal contrast-enhanced abdominal CT image, there is a hepatic hilum hypervascular mass (black arrow) compatible with a hepatic artery mycotic aneurysm. There is also a splenic infarct (white arrows) secondary to disseminated septic emboli.
