Data from diffuse scattering measured with X-rays at Argonne's Advanced Photon Source (top half) and neutrons at the Spallation Neutron Source at Oak Ridge. Two-dimensional fluctuations grow as the temperature is raised from 60°C (left) to 160°C (right).
