（左）DsbA-Lの発現量が少ないとされるT/T遺伝子型保有者では、G/G、G/T遺伝子型保有者と比べて有意に呼吸機能が低い。
（右）DsbA-Lの働きの一つであるアディポネクチン活性化能と呼吸機能の間に正の相関が認められる。過去の研究で、DsbA-L遺伝子の型の違いがアディポネクチン活性化能低下に関係していたことから、DsbA-L遺伝子の働きの違いが肺機能低下に影響することが明らかになった。
