高圧発生装置に使用されているダイアモンドアンビ&#12523

ダイヤモンドは圧力を発生させる尖頭状の部品（アンビル）として用いられる。ダイヤモンドアンビルを通してレーザーを試料に照射することにより、試料を高圧高温にする。さらに、ダイヤモンドを通して試料にX線を照射することにより、高圧高温下の試料の測定を行うことができる。
