GPM 3-D Image of Cebile (IMAGE) NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center Caption On Feb. 6 at 6:51 a.m. EST (1151 UTC) GPM found the northeastern side of Cebile's eye wall was eroding while heavy rainfall at a rate of greater than 126.8 mm (4.99 inches) per hour was found in the southeastern quadrant. The highest storm tops, reaching about 10 km (6.2 miles), were found on the western side of Cebile.
