Jie Feng, a postdoctoral research fellow at University of Akron, has been helping Sadhan Jana, Ph.D., in conducting simulations of carbon nanotubes at the Ohio Supercomputer Center. Carbon nanotubes, a cylindrical network of molecules, can be applied as an additive to modify the surface of various structural materials.
