In non-monitored ballparks, white pitchers facing matched-race umpires will have 0.25% higher called strike probability than if they face non-matched-race umpires. In monitored ballparks, white pitchers facing matched-race umpires will have .33% lower called strike probability than if they face non-matched-race umpires.
