Experiment overview (IMAGE)
Caption
WT and obese mice were starved for 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 24 hours and liver and plasma were collected followed by multi-omic measurements (1). Significantly responsive molecules to starvation were identified in WT and obese mice, and molecules were classified into 4 classes: commonly responsive, WT-specifically responsive, obese-specifically responsive, and oppositely responsive (2). We identified regulatory relationships among significantly responsive molecules and metabolic reactions using databases (3).
