Limits for the frequency of dark matter decay events. Using specific models for dark matter (NFW, Navarro-Frenk-White profile, and the Generalized Hernquist profile), the scientists estimated lower limits for the lifetime of dark matter. Using the NFW model, the lower bound for the decay lifetime is around 10 with 25 to 26 zeros, in seconds.
