Fluorescence imaging of specific proteins using the CODEX technology in a responder patient (left) and a nonresponder patient (right). In responder sample pre-treatment (left) we see fluorescence from markers denoting different cell types. In contrast, in non responder sample post-treatment (right) we see high overlap of CD3E and TIGIT, suggestive of T cell exhaustion.
