The baseline characteristics of the 46 patients enrolled in this study included a median age of 55 years (IQR: 46–59), with 85% aged 40 or older. Among the patients, 59% had HER2 3+ status, and 41% had HER2 2+ confirmed through FISH testing. Estrogen receptor (ER) expression was ≥50% in 70% of patients, while 78% had progesterone receptor (PR) expression <50%. Additionally, 59% of patients received the combination therapy as first-line treatment, while 41% were treated as second-line.
