This map shows all of the different concessions on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, including in the Barents Sea. According to the Norwegian Offshore Directorate, at the end of 2023, 92 fields were in production: 67 in the North Sea, 23 in the Norwegian Sea and two in the Barents Sea. Four new fields started production in 2023. A further fifteen new fields were under development at the end of the year.
