Images 2. Summary of key demonstrations. (A) Without proteinosomes, aptasensors are completely degraded in serum, whereas, when protected by a proteinosome capsule, they remain intact even after ~18 hours in serum. (B) Each proteinosome acts as an individual ‘reaction vessel,’ enabling simultaneous and independent detection of multiple targets when proteinosomes loaded with different aptasensors are mixed together.
