In-situ observation of the directional droplet movement across the hydrogel-glass interface

The fluorescent molecules were first immobilized on the glass as probes. After condensation, droplets re-dissolved the probes and quickly transferred from the glass to the hydrogel fiber and then slid along the fiber quickly.
