當具有攻擊性的小鼠被放置透明膠箱時，經YM022治療的實驗小鼠（圖A右起第二排）於社交互動區域（綠色方格圍繞部分）的逗留時間，明顯較對照組、即未經治療的小鼠逗留更長時間。這結果顯示經治療的小鼠展現較少的社交迴避行徑，以及因被攻擊所誘發的抑鬱行為。
