A Model Demonstrates a Body-Machine Interface for Controlling a Simulated Drone

Researchers developed a gesture-based control interface for the efficient operation of drones by individuals lacking piloting experience; the control interface incorporates a body-to-machine interface that relies on upper-body motions to operate the drones and enables users to effectively control both simulated and real drones, according to the authors.
