About the author:
Tosun received his BS and MS degrees from the Middle East Technical University in 1972 and 1974, respectively, and a PhD degree from the University of Akron, Ohio in 1977, all in Chemical Engineering.His research and teaching interests are mathematical modeling, solid-liquid separation processes, transport phenomena, and thermodynamics.
