New Rochelle, NY, June 30, 2011—Mary Ann Liebert, Inc. is pleased to announce significant growth for many of its journals, according to the 2010 Impact Factors published by Thomson Reuters. More than half of the journals in the collection realized growth, with the majority achieving an increase of 10% and higher. This upward trend reflects Mary Ann Liebert Inc.'s high editorial standards for exceptional quality, supported by outstanding review boards and referees.

Many of our bestselling journals demonstrated impressive growth, including:

  • Antioxidants and Redox Signaling increased 8% to 8.209
  • Human Gene Therapy increased 15% to 4.829
  • Stem Cells and Development increased 16% to 4.791
  • Thyroid increased 66% to 4.327
  • Oligonucleotides (new title: Nucleic Acid Therapeutics) increased 19% to 2.986
  • Journal of Interferon & Cytokine Research increased 58% to 2.576

In addition, two journals are included in the Thomson Reuters Journal Citation Reports for the first time with the following Impact Factors: Breastfeeding Medicine at 1.927 and Zebrafish at 1.886.
