Eighteen SAGE journals accepted into Thomson Reuters Journal Citation Reports for 2010

Los Angeles and London (March 11, 2010) – SAGE, the world's leading independent academic and professional publisher, has announced a further 18 of its Social Science journals have been selected for coverage in the 2010 Thomson Reuters Journals Citation Reports (JCR) and Citation Index.

The titles include both well established and newer titles from across SAGE's publishing programme. The company celebrates 45 years of world-class social science publishing in 2010.

The titles and the volumes from which they are included are:

  • Action Research (2010 Vol 8)
  • Anthropological Theory (2010 Vol 8)
  • Business & Society (2010 Vol 49), published on behalf of the International Association for Business and Society
  • Clinical Nursing Research (2010 Vol 19)
  • Cultural Sociology (2010 Vol 4), published on behalf of the British Sociological Association
  • Discourse & Communication (2010 Vol 4)
  • European Journal of Social Theory (2010 Vol 13)
  • Ethnography (2010 Vol 11)
  • Focus on Autism and Other Developmental Disabilities (2010 Vol 25), published on behalf of the Hammill Institute on Disabilities
  • International Journal of Comparative Sociology (2010 Vol 51)
  • International Review for the Sociology of Sport (2010 Vol 45), published on behalf of the International Sociology of Sport Association
  • Journal of Studies in International Education (2010 Vol 14), published on behalf of the Association for Studies in International Education
  • Qualitative Research 2010 (2010 Vol 10)
  • Review of Public Personnel Administration (2010 Volume 30), published on behalf of the Section on Personnel Administration and Labor Relations of the American Society for Public Administration
  • European Journal of Criminology (2010 Vol 7), published on behalf of the European Society of Criminology
  • International Relations (2010 Vol 24), published on behalf of the David Davies Memorial Institute
  • Criminology & Criminal Justice (2010 Vol 10), published on behalf of the British Society for Criminology

All titles are accepted into the Social Science Citation Index and correspondingly the Journal Citation Reports – Social Science Edition. In addition, Clinical Nursing Research has also been accepted into the Science Citation Index, and JCR – Science Edition.
