Winners of nationwide student chemistry competition announced

American Chemical Society

Winners of a nationwide K-12 poster competition depicting "The Joy of Toys!" were announced by the American Chemical Society, the world’s largest scientific society, at its recent spring meeting in Atlanta, Ga. The competition is part of National Chemistry Week, sponsored annually each October by the Society. Each winner received a $100 gift certificate for Amazon.com and each second-place winner received a $50 gift certificate for Amazon.com.
