Winners of nationwide student chemistry competition announced

American Chemical Society

Winners of a nationwide K-12 poster competition depicting "Earth's Atmosphere and Beyond!" were announced by the American Chemical Society, the world's largest scientific society, at its recent spring meeting in Anaheim, Calif. The competition is part of National Chemistry Week, sponsored annually each October by the Society. Each winner received a handheld color TV and each honorable mention a two-way radio set.
