超高温高熵合金(UHT-HEA)是一种在1800 °C及以上仍具有服役能力的新型合金。如图所示，NbMoTaWHfN合金1800℃压缩屈服强度达到288 MPa，而大多数合金的最高测试温度不超过1600℃。
