Machine learning accelerates 3D X-ray nanoscale imaging.

(A) Synchrotron X-ray ptychographic tomography is a technique that enables 3D imaging of nanoscale structures. (B) The process is accelerated by using fewer tomographic scans than the gold standard. (C) Machine learning algorithms can then be employed to generate high-quality reconstructions of integrated circuits, even with limited information.
