圆柱形反应器由直径210毫米、高度210毫米的不锈钢制成。反应器内部固定了涂有TiO2纳米管阵列的Ti网（长度100毫米，宽度100毫米，厚度0.5毫米）。一个100瓦高压汞灯（HPML）放置在石英管内。此外，进水口和出水口分别设计在反应器的左侧和右侧。进水口连接到一个纳米气泡发生器。将废水泵入气泡发生器，制备含纳米气泡的废水后再进入光催化反应器。韩教授团队绘制。
