Students from Achievable Dream visit the Life-Guard helipad atop Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Achievable Dream gives students who are at risk of failure in school because of socioeconomic factors a chance to succeed. Exposing students to health care careers early on can foster a desire to pursue a path to medical school, residency, and beyond.
