Michael Strauss and Roohi Dalal (IMAGE) Princeton University Caption Princeton astrophysicists Michael Strauss and Roohi Dalal are part of an international team that tested the standard cosmological model by measuring lensing around patches of dark matter. Strauss is chair of Princeton’s Department of Astrophysical Sciences and one of the leaders of the Hyper-Suprime Camera team on the Subaru Telescope, and Dalal is a graduate student on his team who is first author on one of a series of new papers from the HSC team.
