A novel MOF (Cd-Httb-BDC) designed via a mixed-ligands strategy was used as a heterogeneous nucleation center to simultaneously passivate deep-level defects and assist the crystallization of high-quality perovskite films with enlarged grain size towards the development of efficient and stable PSCs.
