African Swine Fever is a lethal and highly contagious affliction affecting domestic and wild pigs. At has been spreading explosively across Africa, Europe, Asia and the Americas. The study describes the development of a rapid, inexpensive and highly accurate diagnostic that could be deployed in the field to help stem the tide of this illness.
