Each different type of user could use the cloud infrastructures of the various cooperative cloud providers through the EEIBDM, which offers three major advantages:1) energy-efficient resource allocation,2) data center manager/analyzer, and 3) cloud infrastructure resource monitor. Each type of user can access the system framework via PC, laptops, mobile devices, etc., and has the same type of access regarding the permissions granted to access the cloud infrastructure.
