opography and soil pH steer the activity-density and spatial distribution of termites in a fine-scale study (IMAGE)
Caption
The species composition, spatial distribution patterns, co-occurrence of termites and associated environmental parameters in a fine-scale study of a tropical rainforest in Xishuangbanna. The first plot (A) displays the community composition of termites at the feeding group and associated species levels. The second and fourth plots (B and D) display the spatial distribution patterns of termites and the intensity of spatial clustering. The third plot (C) displays the cooccurrence network among the feeding groups of termites according to their coexistence. The last plot (E) displays the species-habitat association in the study plot.
