MRI images of a female patient’s brain taken on days 2, 6 and 13 after a subarachnoid hemorrhage. The areas marked in red show the development of new ischemic strokes during the course of the first two weeks after the patient’s initial hemorrhage. Imaging data were analyzed using automated image analysis.
