Effect of Cl-amidine treatment during the CHS response (IMAGE)

Both Il36rn−/− and wild-type mice were topically challenged with DNFB to induce CHS response. After 48 hours, the area of NETs in Il36rn−/− mice increased significantly compared to that in wild-type mice. However, treatment with Cl-amidine inhibited NET formation in both mice types, indicating a lower CHS response.
