Hematoxylin and eosin staining of a Skiv2l-deficient mouse lymph node. A normal lymph node should have large, organized B cell follicles along the cortex (outer edge). The Skiv2l-deficient lymph node is devoid of B cells and does not have any organized B cell follicles.
