The device used in this work. The square structure close to the center is the superconducting circuit, and the red dot at the center corresponds to the link with the membrane’s motion. The honeycomb structure is used to isolate the motion of the membrane, which happens mostly at the red dot position, from the frame to which it is attached. The device used in this work.
