Dynamics of DNA/DNA Double-Stranded Oligonucleotide in Mouse Liver (IMAGE)
Caption
DNA/DNA double-stranded oligonucleotide is a new concept of oligonucleotide consisting of DNA-based antisense oligonucleotide and DNA-based complementary strand. When α-tocopherol is bound to this duplex and administered systemically, it reaches the mouse liver and subsequently the complementary DNA is degraded, and the released parent single-strand antisense oligonucleotide exerts a high target RNA suppression effect.
