H-Ras Proteins (IMAGE)
Caption
H-Ras proteins (yellow) clump together in 0 to 25 microseconds in stills from the simulations produced by TACC's Stampede supercomputer. The top view of the cell membrane is shown here. The reds, blues, and whites are three different types of lipid species. Water and ions were included in the simulation but are not shown.
