Probiotic Found in Yogurt Can Reverse Depression Symptoms (VIDEO)

Alban Gaultier, Ph.D., of the University of Virginia School of Medicine, has found that probiotic bacteria found in yogurt can reverse the symptoms of depression. The bacteria is lost due to stress, prompting depression symptoms in mice, but those symptoms are alleviated by restoring the bacteria in the gut.
