Mouse Swimming in the Dark with IR Camera (IMAGE) Aalto University Caption The free swimming mouse is tracked by the IR camera. The mouse has spotted the light and is swimming towards the exit of the maze. A deep-learning trained model will analyse the position of the mouses head and pupil, and then model where in the eye the photons from the light are landing. This will allow the scientist to measure the signals from the specific retinal neurons.
