Killer T cells could be recruited to ignite immune response against cancer, new study suggests

Kristi Baker discovered how two types of molecules known as chemokines sound the alarm against a particular type of colorectal cancer. The discovery could point to new treatments that would boost immunotherapy by "training" killer T cells to attack tumours.
